My name is Matheau Alan Lent. Born in Omaha, NE. but raised in Denver, CO. from a very young age, I consider myself to be a Colorado native.
+15 years of my life have been spent in the hospitality industry. I've worked for small and local restaurants, corporate chains, large hotels(restaurant and banquets), and newly opened restaurants. I served 8 years in the United States Marines. There I was giving the opportunity to travel and learn about food from all over the world.
