Hi, my name is Astrid Vander. I'm a grad student in architecture and landscape architecture here at UC Denver. I grew up here in Colorado and the mountains are definitely my playground. As much as I love being active and outdoors, I have a great appreciation for food and excellent service. I've traveled the world enjoying all kinds of cultures and cuisines, from southeast Asia, China, Japan, India all the way to Italy, England and even Brazil. I love trying new things and finding new places, especially when I get the chance to support local business. I'm here as an ambassador to share my love of fine cuisine, help support local business and meet new and different people. |
